Interim Communication in the first Half-Year of 2013

MIM MONDO IGEL MEDIA AG, Hamburg

MIM MONDO IGEL MEDIA AG was put into liquidation by resolution of the
general meeting held on January 29 January 2013. The resolution was taken
as an effect of the difficulties encountered by the company which resulted
in its impossibility to continue its business.

The liquidation was recorded with the Commercial Register on February 21,
2013: as an effect the delay in which the company has to complete the
liquidation process shall not expire before February 21, 2014.

Matteo Corradi, former CEO of the company, was appointed as liquidator.

The liquidation process is currently on-going, and the main action relate
to the termination of the outstanding agreements, the renegotiations of
those agreements which relate to services required up to completion of the
liquidation process, payments of the outstanding debts and collection of
credits. Actually the books show a loss of EUR 50 thousand for the 1st
quarter, which is also expected for the 2nd quarter.
