The Board of Management of MIM MONDO IGEL MEDIA AG presented its audited
results for 2007 to the Supervisory Board for approval today. These show a
profit of €56 k (2006: €79 k) with turnover of €2.3 million (2006: €1.7
million) and an EBITDA of €731 k (2006: €749 k). Thanks to this, the
company was able to reduce its liabilities by €600 k to €3,163 k at the end
of the period. MIM increased its equity capital to €1,317 k at the same
time.

For the current business year, the Board of Management expects a mild
increase in turnover, profit, and EBITDA as compared with 2007.
