The Board of Management of MIM AG presented its preliminary results for the
first half-year of 2008 today in anticipation of the Annual Shareholders’
Meeting.

These indicate that the turnover was €1,168 k (2007: €751 k). The EBITDA
remained decidedly positive at €349 k (2007: €380 k), as did EBIT at €21 k
(2007: €42 k) and net profit at €12 k (2007: €42 k).

The Semi-Annual Financial Report will be published on 31 August 2008.

The second half-year, which will include the first turnover from 'Laura’s
Star 3', should bring increased turnover which will lead to an annual
result similar to 2007.
