MIM MONDO IGEL MEDIA AG is maintaining its successful course in 2008. The
company plans to realise its first turnover from its new co-production,
Laura's Star 3 with the ZDF group, by the end of 2008. This second
co-production with the ZDF group has gotten off to a good start and is
scheduled to be completed in 2010. Thanks to this and further turnover from
the package deals signed by Mondo TV S.p.A., management expects a slight
increase in turnover and EBITDA in comparison to the previous year.

In the current year, MIM completed its production Barberbieni. Since it was
a production in which MIM was in large part responsible for the creative
side of the production and bore the economic risk itself, the production of
this programme is not reflected in turnover or in the evaluation of the
library. Currently, production costs are included as costs in the Profit &
Loss Statement, and later turnover will be pure profit.

MIM's financial and asset position remains very similar to the annual
figures. The support of the main shareholder, Mondo TV S.p.A. through a
subordinated loan is in continuation.

MIM currently has four employees and one member of the Board of Management.

be made available as it is published.

MIM is currently listed on the Regulated Market in Hamburg and on the Open
Market in Frankfurt.
