The Board of Management of MIM AG presented its preliminary results for the
first half-year of 2007 today in anticipation of the Annual Shareholders’
Meeting.

These indicate that the turnover was €751 k (2006: €803 k). The EBITDA
remained decidedly positive at €380 k (2006: €645 k), as did EBIT and net
profit at €42 k (2006: €128 k).

The Semi-Annual Financial Report will be published on 28 August 2007.

The Board of Management emphasises that MIM is on track to repeat its
success from 2006. The planned increase in turnover in the second half-year
should contribute to this.
