MEDION AG: Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court rejects motions for higher compensation payment and guaranteed dividend at MEDION AG
Essen, 03 May 2023 – MEDION AG has an inter-company agreement with its majority shareholder Lenovo since 2012. The outside shareholders are offered € 13.00 as compensation payment and € 0.82 (gross) as guaranteed dividend. In the second instance, the Higher Regional Court (OLG) of Düsseldorf dismissed the claims of the outside shareholders for higher compensation payment and higher guaranteed dividend in their entirety. The OLG Düsseldorf did not admit an appeal on points of law against the decision. The deadline for tendering the shares ends two months after the day on which the legally binding court decision was published in the Federal Gazette.
