In March 2004 Oberlehner Deutschland Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH and MEDION AG contractually agreed to the sale of 24.9 % of the 10.9 million euros subscribed capital of GERICOM AG through Oberlehner Deutschland Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH to MEDION AG.
