Notification pursuant to Secs. 21, 22 German Securities Trading Act
('WpHG') in relation to Medion AG (ISIN DE0006605009)

Cornwall Verwaltungs GmbH, Berlin, Germany, informed Medion AG on April 16,
2014 pursuant to Sec. 21 para 1 WpHG that its share in the voting rights of
Medion AG, Am Zehnthof 77, 45307 Essen (ISIN DE0006605009) exceeded the
threshold of 3% on April 11, 2014 and amounts, as of such date, to 4.74%
(this corresponds to 2,293,644 out of a total of 48,418,400 voting rights).

All of the aforementioned voting rights (this corresponds to 2,293,644 out
of a total of 48,418,400 voting rights) are to be attributed to Cornwall
Verwaltungs GmbH pursuant to Sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG from the
following undertaking which is controlled by Cornwall Verwaltungs GmbH and
whose holdings of voting rights amount to 3% or more in Medion AG: Cornwall
GmbH & Co. KG, Germany.

Cornwall GmbH & Co. KG, Berlin, Germany, informed Medion AG on April 16,
2014 pursuant to Sec. 21 para 1 WpHG that its share in the voting rights of
Medion AG, Am Zehnthof 77, 45307 Essen (ISIN DE0006605009) exceeded the
threshold of 3% on April 11, 2014 and amounts, as of such date, to 4.74%
(this corresponds to 2,293,644 out of a total of 48,418,400 voting rights).
