Voting Rights Announcement (Stimmrechtsmitteilung) pursuant to Secs. 21, 22
German Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') in relation to Medion AG (ISIN
DE0006605009)

Cornwall GmbH & Co. KG, Schönefeld, Germany, informed Medion AG on April
23, 2014 pursuant to Sec. 21 para 1 WpHG that its share in the voting
rights of Medion AG, Am Zehnthof 77, 45307 Essen (ISIN DE0006605009)
exceeded the thresholds of 5% and 10% on April 16, 2014 and, as of such
date, amounted to 10.05% (this corresponds to 4,864,390 out of a total of
48,418,400 voting rights).

Cornwall Verwaltungs GmbH, Schönefeld, seat in Berlin, Germany, informed
Medion AG on April 23, 2014 pursuant to Sec. 21 para 1 WpHG that its share
in the voting rights of Medion AG, Am Zehnthof 77, 45307 Essen (ISIN
DE0006605009) exceeded the thresholds of 5% and 10% on April 16, 2014 and,
as of such date, amounted to 10.05% (this corresponds to 4,864,390 out of a
total of 48,418,400 voting rights).

All of the aforementioned voting rights are attributed to Cornwall
Verwaltungs GmbH pursuant to Sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG from the
following undertaking which is controlled by Cornwall Verwaltungs GmbH and
whose holding of voting rights amounts to 3% or more in Medion AG: Cornwall
GmbH & Co. KG, Germany.
