Notice of change in share capital following cancellation of treasury shares
Mediobanca hereby gives notice of the change in the composition of its share capital (fully subscribed for and paid up) following the cancellation on 1 December 2021 of 22,581,461 treasury shares with no reduction in share capital, as approved by shareholders as extraordinary business at the Annual General Meeting held on 28 October 2021. The amended Articles of Association were filed with the Companies' Register on 1 December 2021.
