Mediobanca comunica di aver dato avvio, in qualità di sole bookrunner, ad un "Accelerated Bookbuilding Offer", finalizzato al collocamento di massime n. 2.050.623 azioni ordinarie di Brunello Cucinelli S.p.A., pari a circa il 3,02% del capitale sociale della stessa, riservata a investitori istituzionali italiani ed esteri.

L'operazione viene avviata immediatamente e verrà data comunicazione dell'esito del collocamento al termine dello stesso.
