Assegnazione di performance shares

Il progetto di bilancio e il bilancio consolidato al 30 giugno 2016, corredati dalle Relazioni del Consiglio di Amministrazione, del Collegio Sindacale e della Società di Revisione sono disponibili, a partire da oggi, presso la sede sociale e i siti di stoccaggio autorizzato () e www.mediobanca.com sezione Corporate Governance/Assemblea degli Azionisti.

Si segnala inoltre che, ai sensi dell'art. 84-bis del Regolamento Consob n. 11971/99 (Regolamento emittenti), nel periodo 1 ottobre 2015 - 30 settembre 2016, in applicazione delle politiche di remunerazione del personale, sono state assegnate n. 2.227.239 azioni Mediobanca (performance shares, da attribuire nell'arco dei prossimi cinque anni) a dipendenti del Gruppo a valere sul piano approvato dall'Assemblea del 28 ottobre 2015 (cfr. tabella pubblicata sul sito internet www.mediobanca.com sezione Corporate Governance/Politiche di Remunerazione).

Performance share awards

The draft statutory and consolidated financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2016, along with the Board of Directors' review of operations and reports by the Statutory Audit Committee and the external auditors, are available as of today at the company's head office, via the authorized storage mechanism (), and on the Bank's website at www.mediobanca.com in the section entitled Corporate Governance/General Meetings 2016.

As required under Article 84-bis of Consob resolution 11971/99 (Regulations for issuers), notice is hereby given that in the twelve months ended 30 September 2016, a total of 2,227,239 Mediobanca shares (performance shares, to be assigned over the next five years) were awarded to Group employees in application of the staff remuneration policies, from the scheme approved by shareholders at an annual general meeting held on 28 October 2015 (cf. table published on the company's website at www.mediobanca.com in the section entitled Corporate Governance/Staff Remuneration Policies).
