Comunicazione ai sensi dell'articolo 41, comma 2, lettera c), del Regolamento Consob n. 11971 del 14 maggio 1999 (il "Regolamento Emittenti").
Con riferimento all'"Offerta pubblica di scambio totalitaria volontaria sulle azioni ordinarie di Mediobanca – Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A. promossa da Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A. ai sensi dell'art. 102, comma 1, del Decreto Legislativo 24 febbraio 1998, n. 58", premesso che Fin.Fer. S.p.A. aderisce all'Accordo di Consultazione tra soci Mediobanca, si comunica che, ai sensi dell'art. 41, comma 2, lettera c), punto 1) del Regolamento Emittenti, sono state effettuate le seguenti operazioni aventi ad oggetto azioni ordinarie Mediobanca:

With reference to the "Voluntary total public exchange offer on the ordinary shares of Mediobanca - Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A. promoted by Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A. under Article 102, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree of February 24, 1998, no. 58", given that Fin.Fer.
