The undersigned Giampiero Farina, CEO of SelmaBipiemme Leasing and Board member of Mediobanca Innovation Services S.C.P.A., with reference to the "Voluntary total public exchange offer on the ordinary shares of Mediobanca – Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A. promoted by Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A. under Article 102, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree of February 24, 1998, no. 58", hereby gives notice that, pursuant to art. 41, paragraph 2, letter c), point 1) of the Issuers' Regulation, the following transaction involving Mediobanca Shares has been carried out:
