Notice is hereby given, with reference to section C.1 of the Summary Note ("Information regarding the financial instruments to be issued") and section 4.1 of the Information Memorandum ("Title and nature of the securities' class") relating to the issuance and the admission to listing of the above Note, that the nominal amount currently outstanding on the market as at the trade date of 6 October 2016 is € 292,514,000 against an aggregate nominal amount issued equal to € 300,000,000.
