INSIDE INFORMATION — REDUCTION IN LOSS

This announcement is made by MediNet Group Limited (the “Company”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) pursuant to Rule 17.10 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “GEM Listing Rules”) and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined under the GEM Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

The board (the “Board”) of directors (the “Director(s)”) of the Company wishes to inform shareholders and potential investors of the Company that, based on the preliminary review of the latest unaudited consolidated management accounts (the “Management Accounts”) of the Group for the six months ended 30 September 2025 (the “Reporting Period”), the Group is expected to record a net loss of the Group of not more than HK$31,000 for the Reporting Period, representing a substantial reduction in loss as compared with the net loss of approximately HK$916,000 for the corresponding period in 2024.

Such reduction in loss is mainly due to (i) the completion of the disposal of Master Clever Limited, a loss-making subsidiary of the Company, in February 2025 leading to reduction in the operating loss of the Group for the Reporting Period; and (ii) the implementation of effective cost control measures during the Reporting Period.

The Company is still in the process of preparing and finalising the results of the Group for the Reporting Period and the information contained in this announcement is only based on the preliminary assessment of the Management Accounts, which has not been audited or reviewed by the Company’s auditor or the audit committee of the Company. The actual results may be different from the information disclosed in this announcement. Details of the Group’s financial performance for the six months ended 30 September 2025 will be disclosed in its interim results announcement, which is expected to be published on or about 26 November 2025.
