NUMBER OF SHARES AND VOTES IN MEDICOVER

The number of votes in Medicover AB (publ) ("Medicover") has changed as a result of conversions of in total 948,250 class A shares into B shares carried out in December following requests from shareholders in accordance with the conversion clause in Medicover's articles of association.

Today, the last trading day of the month, there are in total 151,935,195 shares in Medicover, of which 77,569,276 are class A shares, together carrying 77,569,276 votes, 70,781,275 are class B shares, together carrying 7,078,127.5 votes and 3,584,644 are class C shares, together carrying 358,464.4 votes. The total number of votes in Medicover is 85,005,867.9.
