Frankfurt, April 29, 2009 - The Management of Asklepios informed us today,
that they increased the share in MediClin up to 20.2%. The shareholding in
MediClin shall support Asklepios to that effect that it will strengthen
it's leading position in the health care market. The MediClin-Model of
Integrated Medical Care across medical sector borders gains more and more
acceptance in the health care industry, not only with cost providers also
with other clinic operators. MediClin is convinced that integrated care as
market- and patient-driven medical service offering will be one of the key
issues of the future health care service concepts.
