Change in the Management Board of MEDICLIN AG

Offenburg, February 26, 2016 - The current Chairman of the Management Board
of MEDICLIN Aktiengesellschaft Volker Feldkamp will leave the Company as of
March 31, 2016 by mutual consent.

The business performance of MediClin in the last two years developed very
favourable under his management. The Supervisory Board thanks Mr. Feldkamp
for his successful performed work.

Regarding the new appointments to the Management Board the Supervisory
Board decided to expand the existing Management Board of two persons by one
more person. As of April 1st, 2016 Volker Hippler (46) will succeed Mr.
Feldkamp and as of July 1st, 2016 Ulf Ludwig will be Member of the
Management Board

Both gentlemen have many years of industry experience.

The future Chairman of the Management Board Volker Hippler worked after his
studies in business administration several years in an auditing company and
in a consulting company focussing on healthcare and for the AOK
Bundesverband. Since 2002 he was in charge of individual business areas as
well as subsidiaries of large German clinic-groups as manager and regional
manager; in his last position as chief representative of Sana Kliniken AG.

Ulf Ludwig has worked after his qualification in nursing care and his
graduation (Diplom-Pflegewirt (FH)) as business administration manager,
clinic director and manager in large facilities focussing on post-acute
care. Since now nearly five years he manages the post-acute facilities of
Helios-Kliniken GmbH as managing director rehabilitation. Furthermore he
works as regional manager and as clinic manager.
