New Supervisory Board Members – the GAM of MediClin AG followed the proposal

Michael Bock, Chief Representative of Provinzial Rheinland Versicherung AG, Mr. Dr. Daniel von Borries, Deputy Member of the Board of Management of ERGO Versicherungsgruppe AG, Mr. Carsten Heise, Lawyer and Managing Director of Deutsche Schutzvereinigung für Wertpapierbesitz e.V. and Mr. Dr. Hans Rossels, Managing Director of Kreiskrankenhaus Mechernich as new members of the supervisory board. At the supervisory board meeting that followed Mr. Günter Schlatter, Chairman of the Board of Management of Provinzial Rheinland Versicherung AG was appointed as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. As already announced on April 14, 2005, Prof. Dr. Gerhard Schmidt (Supervisory Board Chairman), Prof. Dr. Peter Reichling, Mr. Bernd Schirmer and Mr. Frank- Rainer Vaessen have resigned as members of the supervisory board after the end of this year”s general annual meeting on May 25, 2005.
