TheManagement Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw (the "Company") announcesthat on May 15, 2025 it adopted a resolution recommending to theOrdinary General Meeting of the Company to cover the net loss for thefinancial year 2024 in the amount of PLN 13,842,000 as follows: the lossin the amount of PLN 13,842,000 (thirteen million eight hundred andforty-two thousand zlotys) willbe covered from future years' profits.

Thefinal decision on loss coverage for the 2024 financial year will be madeby the Company's Ordinary General Meeting.
