The ManagementBoard of Medicalgorithmics S.A. (the "Company") hereby informs thattoday it received a notification from Powszechne Towarzystwo EmerytalnePZU S.A. (PTE PZU S.A.) acting on behalf of Otwarty Fundusz EmerytalnyPZU "Złota Jesień" (OFE PZU) and Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny PZU (DFEPZU) on a change in the share of votes at the Company's General Meetingheld by pension funds managed by PTE PZU SA., dated 30 July 2025 asattached to this current report.

In the contentof the received notification, it was indicated that PTE PZU S.A. submitsthe overdue notification:

"As a result ofthe conclusion on 28 January 2020 by OFE PZU of a transaction of sale of15,605 shares of Medicalgorithmics S.A. (the Company) and by DFE PZU atransaction of sale of 5,201 shares of the Company (settled on 30January 2020) the combined share of OFE PZU and DFE PZU decreased below15% of votes at the Company's General Meeting "
