The ManagementBoard of Medicalgorithmics S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw(the "Company", the "Issuer") hereby informs that the Company hasestimated a significant increase in the value of recurring, average,monthly revenues from ECG data analysis services derived from theportfolio of new contracts - to the level of USD 160.2 thousand permonth (approx. PLN 593 thousand, at the USD/PLN exchange rate of 3.7,representing the arithmetic mean of the average exchange rates set bythe National Bank of Poland on the last day of each of the last threemonths), comparedto USD 110.1 thousand estimated in May 2024, according to current reportno. 8/2024 of May 20, 2024.
