TheManagement Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw (the "Company") hereby informs that today itreceived a notification from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A.(PTE PZU S.A.) acting on behalf of the Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU"Złota Jesień" (OFE PZU) informing about a change in the share of OFEPZU in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholdersof the Company, i.e. about a decrease in the share of OFE PZU below thethreshold of 5% of votes.

Thecontent of the received notification is provided by the Company as anattachment to this current report.
