Marcin Gołębicki is a C-level, senior executive manager and entrepreneur, boasting a nearly 30-year career in business related to life sciences and med-tech sectors. Marcin believes and enacts a model of leadership reliant on developing strong integrity amongst his targetoriented teams, building space for diversity and respect, while listening to each other and understanding the differences. His employment track record upholds his multicultural approach to leading teams and functioning in international business environments. Marcin Gołębicki ascended various echelons of senior corporate positions, with leadership roles in Johnson Johnson, Boston Scientific, Abbott St. Jude Medical EPD Solution within the Philips Company, Medicalgorithmics and EPS Solution S.A. Marcin is also an advisor and consultant to leading business entities, as well as being a supervisory board member. He is a graduate of Indiana University and Minnesota University, with an MBA and other postgraduate courses from Harvard University. As of 2010 Marcin is a YPO Member in Europe supporting the process of shaping the managers and leaders of the future.
