TheManagement Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A., with its registered officein Warsaw (the "Company"), announces that Mr. Maciej Gamrot, Member ofthe Management Board responsible for finance, has decided not to seekreappointment for another term on the Management Board.

Mr.Maciej Gamrot's mandate on the Management Board will expire on the dateof the General Meeting approving the financial statements for the year2024, which has been convened for tomorrow, i.e. June 17, 2025. Mr.Gamrot has declared his full cooperation with the Company to ensure asmooth transition of responsibilities and to support financial processesover the next 6 months.

Atthe same time, the Management Board announces that Mr. Michał Zapora,the Company's current Financial Controller, will assume the role ofChief Financial Officer (CFO) as of tomorrow, i.e. June 17, 2025.

Mr.Michał Zapora has been with the Company since 2018 and has many years ofexperience in finance, management, and reporting within the CapitalGroup.
