TheManagement Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw (the "Company") informs that on June 6, 2025, theCompany received from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A. -representing Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień", ashareholder of the Company, a statement of intent to propose thecandidacy of Ms. Marzena Piszczek for election as a member of theSupervisory Board at the Company's Ordinary General Meeting convened forJune 17, 2025.

Inthe opinion of Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A., thecandidate's professional career ensures the proper fulfillment of thefunction of an independent member of the Supervisory Board.

Theapplication was accompanied by the candidate's resume, a draftresolution and a statement containing consent to the candidacy andappointment of Ms. Marzena Piszczek, as an independent member, to theCompany's Supervisory Board. In addition, the candidate submitted to theCompany a statement regarding compliance with the criteria forindependence of a member of supervisory boards specified in Appendix IIto the Recommendation of the European Commission of February 15, 2005 onthe role of non-executive or supervisory directors of listed companiesand committees of the (supervisory) board (OJ EU.L.05.52.51) andadditional requirements indicated in the Good Practices of CompaniesListed on the WSE.

Thedraft resolution on the appointment of members of the Supervisory Boardfor the next term, as submitted by the shareholder, and the candidate'sresume (biographical note) are attached to this report.
