The ManagementBoard of Medicalgorithmics S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw(the _quot;Company_quot;) informs that it has adopted a resolutionrecommending to the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company to allocatethe net profit for 2023 in the amount of PLN 4,350 thousand (fourmillion three hundred and fifty thousand zlotys) to cover the loss fromprevious years. The recommendation of the Company's Management Boardwill be presented to the Ordinary General Meeting, which will make thefinal decision in this matter.
