COMMUNICATION PURSUANT TO ART. 17 OF THE EURONEXT GROWTH MILAN ISSUER REGULATION
SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE OF SIGNIFICANT SHAREHOLDERS
Medolla (MO), April 28, 2023 – Medica S.p.A., an integrated Italian biomedical and MedTech group with a strong international footprint, announces that pursuant to the Discipline on Transparency and art. 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulation, to have received on 27 April 2023 from the company Azimut Investments S.A. communication of the exceeding - which took place on 20 April 2023 - of the materiality threshold of 5% of the Company's share capital.
In particular, the company Azimut Investments S.A. declared to hold n. 228,100 ordinary shares of the Company, equal to 5.40% of the related share capital.
The table below shows the indication of the shareholders who, according to the records held by the Company to date, hold a stake of at least 5% of the Company's share capital (socalled significant shareholders).
