Final Director’s Interest Notice – Craig Drummond

In accordance with the Listing Rules, Medibank attaches an Appendix 3Z – Final Director’s Interest Notice for Craig Drummond for release to the market.

Craig Drummond ceased to be the CEO and Managing Director of Medibank on 17 May 2021.

Mr Drummond will continue to be employed by Medibank until 30 June 2021; any forfeiture of performance rights in accordance with Medibank’s Performance Rights Plan will occur after that date.
