Medallion Metals Limited (ASX: MM8) – Admission and Commencement of Official Quotation

Description

Medallion Metals Limited (‘MM8’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Thursday, 18 March 2021.

Official quotation of MM8’s ordinary fully paid shares and quoted options will commence at 10:00AM AWST on Monday, 22 March 2021.

MM8 raised $12,500,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 16 February 2021 (‘Prospectus’) by the issue of 50,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.25 per share and 25,000,000 quoted options exercisable at $0.35 per option expiring on Tuesday, 31 January 2023.
