Medallion Metals Limited (ASX: MM8) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Medallion Metals Limited (‘MM8’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of MM8, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 25 November 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

MEDALLION METALS LIMITED – REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
Medallion Metals Limited (the Company ) requests that a trading halt be applied to the Company’s securities immediately under ASX Listing Rule 17.1 pending an announcement in relation to a capital raising. The Company provides the following additional information:

The Company expects the trading halt will last until the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 25 November 2021;

The Company expects an announcement in relation to the abovementioned capital raising will end the trading halt;

The Company confirms there is no other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt, or that ASX has requested; and

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
