Resignation of Joint Company Secretary & change of registered address

Medallion Metals Limited (ASX:MM8, the “Company” or “Medallion”) advises that Ms. Jessamyn Lyons has resigned as Joint Company Secretary. The Company would like to thank Jessamyn for her dedication, professionalism and competence over the last two years and her assistance with the recent IPO. Mr Ben Larkin will continue as the Company’s sole Company Secretary.

Also, in accordance with Listing Rule 3.14, the Company advises that its Registered Office has changed effective immediately. The new address is detailed as follows;
