2024 Annual General Meeting

Medallion Metals Limited (ASX:MM8, the Company or Medallion) advises that the 2024 Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) of the Company will be held on 25 November 2024.

An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election of a Director. In accordance with the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is 10 October 2024. Any nominations must be received in writing at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00pm (AWST) on that date.
