2021 Annual General Meeting

Medallion Metals Limited (ASX:MM8, the “Company” or “Medallion”) advises that the 2021 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company will be held on 25 November 2021.

An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election of Directors. In accordance with the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is 15 October 2021. Any nominations must be received in writing at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00pm (AWST) on that date.
