CHANGES IN THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF MEDACTA GROUP SA

CASTEL SAN PIETRO , 18 March 2020 – Medacta announces that due to his various other commitments, Mr. Marco Gadola will not stand for re-election to the board of directors of Medacta Group SA at the forthcoming annual general meeting scheduled for 19 May 2020. Medacta wishes to thank Mr. Gadola for his contribution and wishes him all the best for his future endeavours. At present Medacta has no plan to nominate a substitute for Mr. Gadola but will consider this in the preparations of the forthcoming annual general meeting of Medacta.
