As of December 31, 2012, Trafelet Capital Management, L.P. owned 719,916 shares of Common Stock, which is 5.01% of the Issuer’s outstanding Common Stock. As of February 14, 2013, Trafelet Capital Management, L.P. owned 679,916 shares of Common Stock, which is 4.73% of the Issuer’s outstanding Common Stock. The percentages herein are calculated based upon the aggregate total of the 14,382,638 shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding as of December 31, 2012, as reported in the press release issued by Homestreet, Inc. attached as Exhibit 99.1 to the Issuer’s Form 8-K filed with the SEC on February 4, 2013.
