MECANICA CEAHLAU SA inform its shareholders that on 17 June 2019 the Company received the Notification of holdings from NEW CARPATHIAN FUND, attached to the present report. According to the notification, starting with 07 June 2019, the above mentioned entities exceeded the threshold of 20%, respectively have reached a holding of 20.21% of the voting rights of MECANICA CEAHLAU SA. The present current report is issued in accordance with the provisions of art. 72 para (6) of Law 24/2017 on issuers of financial instruments and market operations.
