Mears Group PLC ('Mears' or the 'Group') announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme announced on 22 August 2024 (the 'Buyback Programme'), the Group has purchased the following number of ordinary shares of 1 penny each (the 'Ordinary Shares') through Panmure Liberum Limited.
