Exercise and grant of share options

Mears Group PLC (LSE: MER) announces that on 17 May 2024, Mr Lucas Critchley, Chief Executive Officer, exercised options over 6,851 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in connection with the Company's Sharesave plan, at an exercise price of 93.0 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Critchley has an interest in 11,017 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.01 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital.

In addition, on 17 May 2024, Mr Critchley was granted 6,352 options over Ordinary Shares under the Company's Sharesave plan. The award has been granted with an exercise price of 292p and will normally become exercisable on 1 July 2027.
