Heronbridge Investment Management LLP ("Heronbridge") acts as investment manager for a number of Clients. In acting for our Clients,

Heronbridge is given discretion over their investments and may be empowered to vote on their behalf. However, we do not act as our Clients' custodian and therefore shares are not held in our name but in the name of each Client's custodian bank or institution.

In addition to those disclosed above, Heronbridge has an interest in 663,927 shares in the capital of MEARS PLC over which it does not have discretion regarding voting decisions and, therefore, such shares have not been included in the total.

Previously, the shares over which Heronbridge does not have discretion regarding voting decisions were included in Heronbridge's reported holding and, therefore, Heronbridge's threshold calculations.

No shares resulting in a disclosure threshold being crossed have been transferred by Heronbridge since its last reported holding, and this disclosure is being made only as a result of the exclusion of such non-discretionary shares from Heronbridge's reported holding.
