Mears Group PLC, the leading provider of services to the Housing sector in the UK, announces that on 11 September 2023 Jim Clarke, Chairman, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 275.64 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Clarke has an interest in 30,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.03 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital.
