Mears Group PLC (LSE: MER) announces that it has been notified that Mr Andrew Smith, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 17 May 2022, at an average price of 191.16 pence per share.
