The Company was notified on 13 December 2013 that Michael Rogers, Non-Executive Director, had sold 22,420 Ordinary Shares, at an average price of 457.06 pence per share.  Following this transaction, Mr. Rogers has a remaining interest in 50,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company.
