Additional Listing

Application has been made for the following ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority, to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and to trading on the NEX Exchange Main Board ("Admission"):

·      An increase of 375,591 Ordinary Shares in respect of an existing block listing for the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme.

·      An increase of 500,000 Ordinary Shares in respect of an existing block listing for the Company's Incentive Plan;

These Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary Shares. Admission is expected to commence on 23 March 2017.
