In accordance with LR 9.6.14(2) R, Mears announces that Mr Peter Dicks, a non-executive director of the Company, was appointed as a non-executive director of Miton UK MicroCap Trust Plc ("Miton") on 26 March 2015.  Miton was admitted to trade on the London Stock Exchange on 30 April 2015.
