Director change

Mears Group announces that Mrs. Davida Marston did not offer herself for re-election at today's AGM. As such, she immediately tendered her resignation following the AGM.  Davida has been a Non-Executive Director of the Board since 2010 and Chair of the Group's Audit Committee. The Board wishes to thank Davida for her help and guidance over the past four years.

Commenting, Bob Holt, Chairman, Mears Group, said:

"Davida decided to step down from the Board to concentrate on her other business interests. The Board wishes to recognise the significant contribution Davida made to the success of the Group during a period of significant development. We wish her continued success in her chosen business interests."
