Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure: A combination of (i) Off market sale of 9,000,000 shares (post consolidation) on 6 July 2021 at a price of 8.8 cents per share; (ii) The issue of new shares by Me Today Limited on various dates between 1 April 2020 and 1 June 2021 has diluted the substantial product holders interest; and (iii) On market purchase of 331,682 shares on 31 May 2021 at 8.8cps. In addition, the restrictions on the ability of the substantial product holders to deal in its shareholdings as imposed by a Restricted Security Agreement entered into between Me Today Limited and the substantial product holders have expired.
