Grant of Options

Photo-Me, the instant-service equipment group, announces further to the announcement made on 7 October 2019 that today it has granted the third and final tranche of options to subscribe for one million ordinary shares of 0.5p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Mr Pascal Faucher, with an exercise price of 61.1p per Ordinary Share, being the closing price of an Ordinary Share on 4 October 2021.

All other terms of the grant remain in line with those stated in the 7 October 2019 announcement.
