("Photo-Me", or the "Company" or the "Group")

PDMR Dealing and Issue of Equity

Photo‐Me, the instant‐service equipment group, was notified on 30 April 2019 that Françoise Coutaz‐Replan, Non‐executive Director, exercised options over 232,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's share option plan at a price of 39.17p per Ordinary Share and subsequently sold 232,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 90p per Ordinary Share (the "Transaction").

Following the Transaction, Françoise Coutaz‐Replan holds an interest in 200,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.

The new Ordinary Shares issued through the above Transaction rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued Ordinary Shares and have been admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, under the Company's existing block admission.

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company's issued share capital following the Transaction consists of 377,981,637 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The figure of 377,981,637 Ordinary Shares should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
